These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Texas88 ("Texas88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at https://texas88.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications operated under the Texas88 brand.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, welcome offer, reload bonus, cashback, or free bet awarded to a Player subject to terms and conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the sole transaction currency on the Platform.

• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• "Void Bet" means a bet that is cancelled and for which the stake is returned to the Player's Account.
• "Working Day" means any day that is not a public holiday in Malaysia.

To register and maintain an account on Texas88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Texas88 does not permit access to persons under 21, in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming activities.
2. You must be accessing the Platform of your own free will, and not on behalf of, or at the direction of, any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by Texas88 or any relevant regulatory body.
6. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Texas88 or any of its associated entities.

Each individual may register one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Texas88 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate registrations, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently suspended.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Texas88 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Texas88 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Texas88 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on Texas88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; the general minimum is RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are published on the Deposit page and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Texas88 compliance team. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full.
• The requested amount must not exceed the Player's available withdrawal limit.
• The account must be in good standing with no pending compliance reviews.

Processing times are indicative only: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within 30 minutes to a few hours; USDT TRC20 withdrawals within 1–2 hours subject to blockchain network conditions. Texas88 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Texas88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("rollover") before withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion. Failure to meet rollover requirements within the stated expiry window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
2. Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided.
3. Game Contribution: Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Live dealer games and sports bets may have different contribution rates. Full contribution tables are available on each promotion page.
4. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the window stated on the relevant promotion page, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
5. Sticky vs. Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky (non-cashable) bonuses are removed from a Player's balance upon withdrawal; only winnings derived from the bonus are paid out. Non-sticky bonuses are deducted from the withdrawal amount at the time of cashout.
6. Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus winnings. This cap will be stated on the applicable promotion page.
7. Abuse: Texas88 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional offers through low-risk betting strategies, using multiple accounts, or otherwise circumventing the spirit of the promotion.
8. One Bonus Per Household: Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method is permitted.

All bets placed on the Texas88 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sporting events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other markets) — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Bets are accepted only from logged-in, verified account holders with sufficient balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or sports betting rules.
• Texas88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, or placed in circumstances that suggest technical error, system fault, or exploitation of a pricing anomaly.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, Texas88's records shall be the definitive reference, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 15.
• Sports bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• Texas88 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any individual account where it determines that betting patterns indicate exploitation, arbitrage, or professional advantage play inconsistent with the recreational gaming environment Texas88 is designed to provide.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Texas88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other Players to influence the outcome of any game or event.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Platform feature.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Sharing account access credentials with third parties.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary technology of the Platform.

All content on the Texas88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, text, logos, brand names, page layouts, interface design, and any other proprietary material, is the exclusive intellectual property of Texas88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from Texas88.

The Texas88 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Texas88. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute grounds for legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Texas88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, even if Texas88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Texas88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Texas88 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and data integrity, scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions.

Texas88's aggregate liability to any Player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to Texas88 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Texas88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

Texas88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, if it determines in its sole and reasonable discretion that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Continuation of the account poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk to Texas88.

Upon termination for breach, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Where termination is initiated by the Platform for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the Player's available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Texas88 support via live chat or email.

Texas88 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or to recover financial losses.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on your deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights or obligations — Texas88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on the Player's account or via a prominent notification on the Platform's homepage.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant territory in which Texas88 operates.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, the Player agrees to contact Texas88 support in good faith to attempt resolution of the dispute. Texas88 commits to responding to formal written complaints within five (5) Working Days of receipt.

Disputes regarding specific bet outcomes must be raised within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised beyond this period may not be considered.
